i recently found this in an old sketchbook... when we lived in iowa i worked at the library in our little town of 1400. i started out as the children's librarian and was later promoted to assistant director. (which sounds a lot more fancy than it actually was.) it was the best job, i got to hang out with the jr. high kids that would come in after school, put on events for the little kids, gossip with the old ladies, AND purchase all of the books for the entire library. i loved it.

the zipcar stalemate
exciting news... my comics will now be published regularly on smilepolitely.com. they will usually go up on sp on fridays and focus on my life as it relates to living in champaign-urbana. i will post the official link tomorrow, but for now, enjoy a sneak preview! :)
